Digital growth usually gets slower the moment too many teams own too many small decisions at the same time. What I tend to do best is simplify the path, reduce friction and make it easier for people to act without creating another process maze. If your plan looks fine in theory but progress stays uneven in practice, there is often a much cleaner route to real movement than people assume.
